**Les responsabilités comprennent**:
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle aux visiteurs
- Responsabiliser les membres de l’équipe, prendre des initiatives et obtenir des résultats
- Aider les clients à trouver ce dont ils ont besoin, faire des suggestions et atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Veiller à ce que le magasin soit lumineux et accueillant. Aider à la mise en place des présentoirs et des promotions
- Encadrer et former le personnel junior et aider à créer un environnement d’équipe agréable et enrichissant
- Participer au recrutement, à l’embauche, à la formation et au développement des nouveaux membres de l’équipe
- Ouvrir et fermer le magasin pendant les quarts de travail prévus
- Aider à la gestion des stocks - capacité à traiter les livraisons de stocks et les expéditions des fournisseurs
- Assister le gérant pour les feuilles de temps, les horaires, les demandes des clients, la gestion de l’équipe et les opérations quotidiennes
- Répondre au siège social en ce qui concerne les opérations quotidiennes, l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et la planification des budgets

- Coach and train junior staff and help build a fun and rewarding team environment
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training and developing new team members
- Opening and closing the store during scheduled shifts
- Assist with inventory management - ability to process stock deliveries and supplier shipments
