**What we are looking for**:

- Strong interpersonal communication and effective written and oral skills.
- Previous cash handling Experience as well as accepting payments through Visa and MasterCard.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
- Must possess solid organization skills, strong attention to detail with a strong and professional work ethic.
- Ability to achieve success and generate sales both on their own as well as through teamwork.
- Proactive thinker, self-starter and problem solver.
- Positive attitude and be an effective team player.
- Ability to effectively present information to our customers in one-on-one or small group situations.
- Be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Experience with pod systems, Disposables, Atomizers, External and Internal Battery mods

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on the use of electronic cigarette's.
- Creating intentional experience for customers by building genuine customer relationships and appropriately determining customer needs in a compliant manner.
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)
- Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under.
- Collect and share customer, product and operational insights to Store Manager and Owner to improve business results on a daily basis.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new trends and products in the industry.
- Accepting payments via Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit.
- Creating awareness of promotional programs and sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $14.00 per hour
