Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Colleague to join our dynamic team at JYSK Canada. As a Sales Colleague, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast and friendly service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that you are up-to-date on our latest products and services.
- Ensure that the product presentation on the floor is maintained, including restocking and replenishing stock as needed.
- Assist with flyer products and pricing changes, ensuring that our customers have access to the latest information and promotions.

Requirements- High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
- 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
