**The Position**:
To support our Business Analytics team across a wide range of projects that focus on forecasting, sales analytics, segmentation and targeting processes and launch of new data sets to our broader organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and other relevant information. This could involve using statistical analysis software and other data analysis tools.
- Help develop forecasting models that are used to predict future sales, market trends, and product demand.
- Summarize key findings to help cross functional partners make informed business decisions. Work closely with the Forecasting and Analytics Managers and Sales Analytics Manager to support ongoing initiatives including model development, process improvement, dashboard optimization and develop analytics requirements for pipeline launches.

This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible **.

Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a related degree program, such as statistics, economics, business, or math
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software and other data analysis tools would be an asset
- Strong communication skills to present findings
- Attention to detail
