**Digital Community Associate - Digital Education for Global Artisans (6 month contract)**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Community Associate to join our team for a 6 month (possible extension), grant-funded position managing end-to-end content delivery for digital education tools aimed at empowering global artisans within the Powered By People community. Powered By People’s digital learning program offers on-demand videos, live webinars, and group advisory sessions, bringing essential business tools and training directly to makers.

**Responsibilities**
- Content Management and Delivery (Learning Universe)
- Oversee the educational content calendar, updating it regularly and ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Organize and facilitate virtual events, webinars, and discussions to bring the community together ensuring a seamless and interactive learning experience.
- Coordinate with external speakers or experts to provide valuable content to the community and assist in the preparation of materials for digital education sessions, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content.
- Track attendance and relevant metrics, including the profile of maker businesses, the number of employees, and learner performance.
- Ensure content accuracy and relevance by regularly updating learning event listings, and editing and uploading video content and worksheets (PBP Platform and social media).
- Product tutorial creation.
- Create informative and engaging video tutorials to educate users on our products or services.
- Generate diverse content, including articles, videos, and graphics, to enrich the user experience and increase engagement through effective marketing campaigns management.
- Implement a "How to" section, providing insightful guides and tips to address user queries (maker community).
- Generate strategic content with internal and external stakeholders (maker community)to drive product engagement with our community.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in Project delivery and community management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, social media platforms and digital community tools and basic experience with video editing software, and build
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for community building

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with digital education tools and platforms
- Experience working with global or diverse communities
- Knowledge of artisanal and craft industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
- Proficient in Spanish (Native or Bilingual)

**_Working Hours as a Global Citizen at PBP_**
We’re a global company with team members in Canada, Kenya, India, the USA, Türkiye, Mexico, UK, South Africa, and Colombia. You will be working with teams across multiple time zones so we expect you to work within your standard time zone working hours, but be available from time to time for team meetings that may fall outside of your regular working hours.
