**The Role: Summer Sales Intern**

As a Summer Sales Intern, you'll be immersed in a dynamic learning environment, representing Insight Pest Solutions - Canada's largest residential pest control company. This role is designed to challenge you and accelerate your professional growth:

- Master the art of sales through hands-on experience
- Develop high-level communication and negotiation skills
- Enhance your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Participate in a comprehensive sales boot camp covering topics like persuasion, body language, and non-verbal communication

**A Day in Life**
- Mornings: Gym, mediation, or any other personal routine you have
- Noon: Team sales meeting and training session, drive to the assigned area for the day
- Six-day work week with half-day Saturdays and Sundays off

Note: This position is commission-based. Our services include general pest control (ants, wasps, mice, rats, spiders) and mosquito treatments for residential properties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windsor, ON: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
