As the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. You will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing staff schedules, and optimizing workflow to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our clinical team to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management.
- Oversee front desk staff and provide training and support as needed to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient scheduling and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols, including infection control and patient confidentiality.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and billing issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in dental practice management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dental software and office management systems.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
