**Who are we?**

Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted customers looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience.

After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has increased its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs more than 280 people. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec to offer aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.

**Role and context**

As a technical records data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately managing aircraft maintenance information.

**Key responsibilities**
- Analysing and extracting relevant technical data from maintenance software and logbooks.
- Carrying out daily audits of technical logs, work orders, work and materials reports and related data for accuracy and tracking of errors or omissions.
- Keep all aircraft files tidy and organised.
- Checking maintenance documentation and updating the IT system.
- Track flight times on a daily basis and monitor the time remaining for inspections
- Check, compile and submit daily log sheets.
- Maintaining and updating the technical library, filing service bulletins, modifying parts catalogues, maintenance guides, etc.

**Key skills**
- Administrative training or equivalent experience
- Experience of data recording systems
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and inspection would be an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in and ability to work with data.

**Specific job requirements**
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) essential.
- Written and spoken bilingualism (French/English) essential.
- Experience in the aviation industry an asset.
- Experience with AMS or other data recording systems an asset
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and inspection would be an asset.
