As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a spotless and sanitized living space will make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and professional customer service while representing our company on-site.
- Drive your own vehicle to clients' locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Be compensated for both drive time and gas reimbursement.
- Demonstrate expertise in the services we offer and provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
- Document service activities, maintain records, and report back to the team as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.
- Uphold company values and maintain a positive and respectful demeanor during client interactions. Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks following our company's cleaning checklist.
- Handle special cleaning requests and ensure all client preferences are accommodated.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Uphold professional and courteous behavior while interacting with clients and team members.
- Strive for excellence in every cleaning assignment, leaving homes immaculate and inviting.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect various surfaces in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as needed.
- Must have own reliable transportation ( gas and driving time reimbursed)

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
