We are currently seeking a part-time Assistant Resident Manager to live and work at one of our properties in **Windsor**. This position would require you to live on-site and work three weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.

**The Opportunity**
- Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service. Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenity rooms or elevators).
- Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS).
- Minor maintenance repairs (i.e. light fixtures, vents, filters or plumbing fixtures).
- Removal of garbage items and old/broken appliances.
- Preparing apartments for handover to new residents.
- Picking up loose garbage around the exterior of the property.
- Report deficiencies about curb appeal or hazards to the Resident Manager.
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High standard of cleaning and hygienic practices.
- Previous property management cleaning experience.
- Maintenance / troubleshooting skills.
