Windsor, Canada Queen of Clean Windsor Inc. Full time

This is a part-time day shift position approximately 12 - 15 hours a week.

**Summary**

**Job Duties**
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Is adaptable to customer needs.
- Demonstrates efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions as observed by supervisor.
- To clean areas according to assigned schedules using appropriate cleaning and sanitation methods and procedures
- To clean residential homes including furniture, kitchen and washrooms, fixtures, walls, ceilings, lights, vents and windows
- To operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
- To vacuum carpet and clean, scrub non-carpet floor surfaces with appropriate procedures
- To pick up garbage and transport to designated areas
- Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of experience cleaning in a day care setting, hotel/motel setting, hospital setting or residential cleaning.
- Must be able to bend, lift, twist, turn, carry equipment, load/unload equipment
- Must possess an Ontario Driver’s License - Driver’s abstract needed. **Must have own reliable transportation - to carry cleaning equipment and most clients are not on bus routes.**
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
