We are currently looking for a cleaner. Hours will be flexible to meet school drop off and pick up throughout the week (9:30/10am - 2:30/3pm) with occasional evening events such as our Tree Lighting Ceremony.

**Essential Duties**:

- Performs tasks related to the upkeep of the washrooms, laundry room and common areas. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.
- Provides excellent customer service to our community.
- Provides a daily cleaning to the common areas, and recreational facilities.
- Be aware of and operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation, standards, and Company safety policies at all times.
- Light gardening to maintain an inviting community.
- Other duties as required
