Well Series

The incumbent will engage in the college’s next iteration of the Well Series and support projects in the Academic Integrity Office. Incumbent will also provide support in the communications plans for the Well Series and Academic Integrity Office (AIO) programming for staff, faculty, and students. The incumbent will collaborate with experts across the college to assess departmental programming, engaging in the maintenance and modification of student and faculty facing materials in the Well Series and AIO.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging in Well Series Module iteration updates for current modules that result from assessment;
Collaborating with institutional research to support the assessment of Well Series and Academic Integrity Office (AIO) programs and materials;
Engaging in Academic Integrity Tutorial updates; collaborating with the Academic Integrity Facilitators and Academic Integrity Project Assistant to update the tutorial’s content;
Guide and advise Learn Well Facilitators (LWFs); support the ongoing updates of the modules and Learn Well Virtual Communities including customized versions for various programs and departments; ensure duties remain current; coordinate, recruit, and recommend LWFs to the Manager and assignment of LWF duties;
Collaborating with different experts across the college to incorporate principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion as well as universal design into all iterations of the Well Series and Academic Integrity materials;
Support the integration of S-Sense into the Well Series and Academic Integrity Office programming;
Developing student resources and Q&A’s on the Well Series that faculty can add to their course content;
Promoting Well Series modules separately and to the Sheridan community, collaborating with individuals from the Well Series Committee, Communications department, and Well Series Manager to create separate communications to staff, faculty, and students following the student lifecycle;
Support collecting and reporting on data for engagement with the Well Series and Academic Integrity Office;
Identifying new programs and course for Learn Well, Graduate Well, and the Academic Integrity tutorial;
Maintain website content for Learning Services;
Supporting future research projects;
Performing other related duties as assigned.

About You

You have excellent oral and written communication skills.

You enjoy balancing different tasks and can prioritize multiple projects while staying organized.

You are an analytical thinker and have a knack for thinking critically about how processes flow and how to build systems.

You have strong technical skills and find it easy to quickly master new technology.

You have a 3-Year diploma in Business, Social Sciences, Communications, Writing or a related field of study, along with a minimum of 2-years of experience in a related role.

Teaching and other related research experience are considered an asset.
