**Responsibilities**:
Greet the department's customers
Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
Sell and advise on maintenance, inspection and safety services
Make appointments for the workshop and the S.A.A.Q.
Opening of repair orders
Follow up with the customer by phone.
Verification of warranties and safety reminders
Work in collaboration with the foreman
Other related tasks
