Functional Architect

Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and propose solutions
- Create functional design documents, test plans, and manage the testing cycle to ensure successful project delivery
- Configure and customize Oracle ERP to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with standard Oracle methodologies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to functional analysts and developers
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system
- Keep up-to-date with new Oracle ERP functionality and advise on the adoption of new features and technologies.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, accounting or related field
- French mandatory or bilingualism require.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management
- Expertise in Oracle ERP modules and their integration with other enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) components, and Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Oracle ERP certifications are preferred.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
