**bout the role**

The System Analyst will be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operations, and maintenance of the HPE Non-Stop systems and related infrastructure. Furthermore, you will have a mentoring role in training the work members and you will share the off-hours support responsibilities.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Install new operating system release, maintenance enhancements, new features, and maintenance of software products such as Non-Stop SQL, and HPE Non-Stop OS.
- Planning and Performing management of the Guardian/OSS operating systems.
- Perform hardware error analysis and Safeguard security system administration.
- Develop, review, analyze, and modify scripts (if required).
- Develop, maintain, and implement disaster recovery plan.
- Monitor and tune system performances.
- Perform daily security monitoring.
- Maintain system standards.
- Collaborate with the network group in troubleshooting networking issues.

**We’re looking for someone with**
- 10+ years of experience with HPE Non-Stop server Operating System and Non-Stop SQL
- Additional skills supporting Linux and Windows OS desired
- Good knowledge of managing and configuring web services
- Strong networking skills
- Experience with supporting and managing Linux and Windows OS systems

**It’d be great if you have**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluently bilingual
- Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience collaborating on enterprise-level projects
- Must be available to be part of an on-call support rotation
