Be our next **Document Control Specialist **

**What a day EXP has in store for you**
- Coordinates the printing and distribution process for engineering drawings and documents
- Performs basic system maintenance and access requests
- Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents
- Organize and set up new projects with approved directories with appropriate security levels
- Work with Project Managers to structure document and submittal logs with the proper reviewers/approvers and due dates
- Monitor and follow up on past due documents and submittal deliverablesCompile documents for submission to Client

**What your experience looks like**
- 5 years experience working engineering or construction projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Experience with Document Management software
- Experience working with MS Excel and other office products
- Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with mínimal to moderate supervisionAbility to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously**
