**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices for payment to vendors and trades in accordances with deadlines
- Receive, track and code invoices to be paid.
- Indentifying duplicate charges
- Verify and investigate discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements when required

**Requirements**:

- Keying accuracy
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Ability to handle large volumes of invoices
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with Sage Accounting software an asset

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:
