**Job Profile**:
Lions Housing Centres Inc. is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Administrator for a part-time position. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance. This position ensures vendor and invoices are recorded and paid in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive invoices and ensure authorization for payment.
- Code invoices according to company and department
- Record invoices into accounting software
- Pay invoices in a timely manner by cheque or electronic fund transfer.
- File invoices after payment
- Review vendor statements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Create new vendors as required.

- Participates in mandatory annual education.
- Work collaboratively with all staff as required.
- **Your education and qualifications**:_
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Completion of a formal accounting education/ training program preferred.
- One (1) year of Accounts Payable experience
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with MS Office Software
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
