Duties Include:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- Take, cancel and change room reservations.
- Process telephone calls.
- Attend to guest requests.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Arrange services required for guests with special needs.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
- Customer service oriented.
- Work with mínimal supervision.

*
- Assist in transporting in room reusables and facilitating the washing and restocking of these Items.
- Maintain and upkeep of guest corridors and common areas.
- Update and recording all cleaned rooms.
- Report necessary maintenance items.

** Previous hotel /customer service experience is ideal.**

** Front desk experience is ideal.**

** Please note long term potential hires are preferred.**

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Squamish, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
