**What You Get to Do**:

- Lead a Tier 2 Business Application Support team, focusing on issue resolution and efficient escalation processes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure technology initiatives meet business needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements and improvements.
- Oversee technology project implementations, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Manage employee performance, providing leadership, coaching, and feedback for both in-scope and out-of-scope team members.
- Participate in budgeting, cost estimation, resource leveling, and forecasting for technology initiatives.
- Escalate IT incidents based on system and business impact, participating in Major Incident Management calls as needed.
- Ensure adherence to operational cybersecurity policies, performing compliance checks.

**What you Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a business technology environment.
- Experience with ITIL model is an asset.
- Experience as a Developer is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the utilities or energy sector is preferred but not required.
