**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**

The Training Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Training & Communication Program within and on behalf of the CUSO/IHC and Americas.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor, track and maintain accurate records and training metrics for compliance training topics assigned and completed for each employee.
- Coordinate the collection and reporting of training metrics for compliance training topics assigned and completed for each employee.
- Use the Learning Management System to provide Administrative support to assign and monitor completion of Compliance Training topics, including in-person trainings for CIB Compliance.
- Assist in the follow-up and communications to employees ensuring timely completion of mandatory Compliance trainings.
- Coordinate the collection of ad-hoc training administered by Advisors and Domains across the CUSO/IHC and Americas.
- Maintain Training SharePoint site with up-to-date metrics and reporting for all stakeholders
- Assist with the update of the Standards and Procedures associated with the Training process.
- Assist with preparing reporting for Senior Management and CUSO/IHC Board on training calendar and percentage of completion.
- Review proposed training courses for the appropriate branding, consistency and content; and
- Assist in reviewing training modules provided by vendors to help refresh and reimagine Compliance trainings.

**KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BA or BS degree required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Advanced working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in Financial Services industry.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 months

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
