What You’ll Be Doing

The Consultant, Physical Security Strategy & Implementation will be part of the Enterprise Physical Security team within Corporate Security and accountable for supporting the delivery of its overall mandate. The Consultant is responsible for supporting, and assisting with content creation and communications related to Corporate Security training, education, and awareness materials. This includes researching, benchmarking, maintaining relationships with key business and technology partners, creating and delivering presentations and communications, and content creation and maintenance of internal web and social media pages. The Consultant will also provide key support to other Physical Security and Corporate Security programs and initiatives, including assisting with new program development and implementation, as well as other duties as required.

How You’ll SucceedCommunication and Reporting: Use storytelling to translate data and insights into compelling reports and presentations for key stakeholders including Senior Executives. Identify and communicate trends and opportunities, establish and measure KPIs. Help shape strategies and priorities for the team and its stakeholders.-
- Research and Content Creation: Research and create relevant security awareness content relating to the various areas Corporate Security to enable employee understanding of how to be security-resilient. Support additional security awareness initiatives in consultation with other lines of business (e.g. Information Security). Develop and contribute to Corporate Security communications materials and manage day-to-day security inquiries.-
- Risk Assessment and Consulting: Work closely with team members and partners to proactively identify physical security risks, determine materiality and assess likelihood. Propose recommendations to mitigate risk exposures through education and awareness initiatives, or through new and existing physical security programs.-
- Stakeholder Relationships: Support Physical Security relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external, driving the Corporate Security agenda forward by collaboration. You will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization by understanding their needs, delivering insights, and working together on a solution.-
