In this role, your primary focus will be receiving and managing stock. You'll handle retail merchandise, ensuring items are moved and placed in the correct locations, and assist in maintaining an orderly and efficient inventory system. You'll also work closely with vendors, providing support to ensure smooth communication and coordination of incoming shipments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stock Receiving and Processing**: Unpack, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring items are accounted for and meet quality standards.
- **Stock Movement**: Lift, move, and organize merchandise in designated areas to ensure proper stock flow and accessibility.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, and returns.
- **Problem Solving**: Anticipate and resolve stock-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- **General Assistance**: Support supervisors and team members with tasks related to receiving, inventory, and administrative requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Physical Capability**: Must be comfortable lifting and moving stock items regularly as this is a significant part of the job.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a stock, receiving, or inventory-related role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with vendors and team members.
- **Reliability**: A consistent track record of excellent attendance and dependability.

**Education/Training**:

- Post-secondary diploma or relevant work experience in receiving, inventory management, or logistics.

**Salary**:
$39,520-$41,600 per year
