Retail Store Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales performance at Lovisa.
About the Role:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping environment that exceeds customer expectations. You will oversee store operations, manage a high-performing team, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of sales superstars to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize store appearance and appeal.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain stockroom organization, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Familiarity with retail systems, including point-of-sale software and inventory management tools.
