**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Zone dynamique et expérimenté(e) pour superviser les opérations de plusieurs restaurants Pizza Hut dans une zone désignée. En tant que Responsable de Zone, vous serez chargé(e) d'assurer l'excellence opérationnelle, de stimuler la croissance des ventes et de maintenir des normes élevées de service à la clientèle dans tous les établissements placés sous votre supervision.
**Responsabilités clés**:
Gestion opérationnelle : Assurer le bon fonctionnement et l'efficacité de tous les restaurants Pizza Hut de la zone.
Performance financière : Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité grâce à un contrôle efficace des coûts, à la gestion budgétaire et aux stratégies de vente.
Gestion des équipes : Recruter, former et développer une équipe performante de directeurs de restaurant et de personnel. Favoriser un environnement de travail positif et fournir un leadership et des conseils pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
Satisfaction client : Maintenir les normes élevées de Pizza Hut en matière de qualité alimentaire, de service, de propreté et d'hospitalité. Répondre aux préoccupations des clients et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire.
Conformité : Assurer le respect des politiques et des procédures de Pizza Hut, ainsi que des réglementations locales, étatiques et fédérales.
Marketing et promotions : Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives de marketing local et des promotions afin de stimuler les ventes et d'accroître la notoriété de la marque.
**Exigences**:
Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion hôtelière ou dans un domaine connexe (préféré).
2 ans d'expérience en gestion multi-unités dans l'industrie de la restauration, de préférence dans les services rapides ou les restaurants décontractés.
Expérience avérée dans l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et de rentabilité.
Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
Excellentes capacités de communication, d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes.
Capacité à voyager dans la région et à travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all locations under your supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Management: Ensure smooth and efficient operations of all Pizza Hut restaurants within the area.
Financial Performance: Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets through effective cost control, budget management, and sales strategies.
People Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Restaurant Managers and staff. Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to achieve business objectives.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain Pizza Hut’s high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Address customer concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with Pizza Hut policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
2years of experience in multi-unit management within the restaurant industry, preferably with a focus on quick-service or fast-casual dining.
Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel within the area and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
