**À PROPOS DU POSTE**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Data Scientist pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant à temps plein. En tant que Data Scientist, cette personne mènera des recherches, développera et fournira des solutions de modélisation de premier ordre à travers l'ensemble de notre écosystème de partenaires, à grande échelle. Il utilisera des méthodologies de science des données pour résoudre des problèmes complexes. Dans le cadre de son travail, il fournira des orientations et collaborera avec d'autres data scientists pour aider à atteindre les objectifs de tous les domaines de l'entreprise.

**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**:

- Rechercher, concevoir et mettre en œuvre des modèles analytiques et des algorithmes d'apprentissage automatique qui seront utilisés pour le ciblage, la tarification, les produits, les médias et l'optimisation des revenus.
- Élaborer des recommandations et des conceptions d'algorithmes d'optimisation pour trouver la meilleure solution à un problème.
- Construire des solutions pragmatiques, évolutives et statistiquement rigoureuses qui peuvent être appliquées à travers les produits et les partenaires en utilisant ou en développant des méthodologies statistiques et d'apprentissage automatique.
- Travailler avec des ensembles de données divers et mettre en avant en continu la valeur ajoutée générée par des données incrémentielles.
- Améliorer continuellement les modèles prédictifs et les algorithmes par la recherche, la conception, les tests et l'apprentissage.
- Rehausser la discipline de la science des données en s'alignant avec les autres membres de l'équipe sur les meilleures pratiques, l'automatisation et la normalisation de toutes les solutions analytiques avancées, le processus de modélisation de bout en bout et la personnalisation. Favoriser l'exécution grâce à une itération rapide.

**VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE AVEC**:

- Familiarité et maîtrise des technologies d'apprentissage automatique, des mégadonnées, de l'analyse prédictive, de la segmentation, de la modélisation économétrique, de l'analyse de séries temporelles, des systèmes de recommandation, des outils de visualisation, avec une compréhension solide des meilleures pratiques en matière de science des données.
- Solide compétence en programmation avec Python et les packages associés d'apprentissage automatique.
- Expertise en bases de données relationnelles (SQL).
- Capacité à communiquer/présenter des idées/analyses complexes de manière concise et adaptée au monde des affaires.
- Curiosité naturelle pour résoudre des problèmes et donner du sens à des ensembles de données complexes et à l'analyse du comportement des clients.
- Solide sens des affaires pour appliquer les recommandations dans le contexte commercial approprié.
- Maîtrise ou doctorat dans un domaine quantitatif (par exemple, informatique, ingénierie, mathématiques, statistiques, recherche opérationnelle ou autre domaine connexe).
