**À PROPOS DU POSTE**:
L’équipe Digital and Data Services est en processus de recrutement d'un data scientiste basé à Montréal pour travailler dans le programme de surveillance des communications dédié à la prévention des risques de non-conformité sur les marchés financiers, à la prévention de la criminalité financière et des conflits d'intérêts.

La quantité de données générée par l'utilisation des canaux de communication au sein de la banque nécessite de renforcer la détection et l'analyse des anomalies qui pourraient amener Société Générale à ne pas respecter ses obligations en matière de politiques internes ou de réglementations.

La principale partie du travail consiste à développer notre capacité d'analyse des données et à prévenir les risques de non-conformité. Actuellement, l'équipe est composée de 4 ressources situées en France : 2 data scientistes seniors, 1 data scientiste junior et un chef de projet.

L'enjeu du recrutement d'une personne à Montréal est de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales d'Amérique pour s'approprier les spécificités d'Amérique en termes d'exigences réglementaires, de politiques et d'obligations afin de pouvoir appliquer leurs principes dans les modèles à développer.

**Quel sera votre quotidien ?**
- Analyser les anomalies induites par les risques de non-conformité à l'aide des capacités d'analyse des données des canaux de communication.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux modèles à des fins de surveillance des communications.
- Identifier et collecter les données nécessaires, et rapporter les résultats aux différentes parties impliquant les départements informatiques et de conformité.
- Tenir compte des retours commerciaux pour optimiser les modèles et déterminer les stratégies de test.
- Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques pour l'industrialisation des modèles validés.

**Compétences requises**:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac+5) d'une école d'ingénieurs, master en informatique, en Data Science ou en Mathématiques.
- Maîtrise des aspects théoriques et pratiques des modèles d'apprentissage automatique et d'apprentissage profond, y compris l'exploration et la modélisation des données.
- Bonnes compétences en programmation dans les langages Python et R pour l'analyse des données.
- Curiosité, rigueur, compétences analytiques et de synthèse.
- Autonomie avec un esprit d'initiative et une appétence pour les défis.
- Forte motivation et engagement.

**_L’habileté de communiquer en anglais, tant à l’oral que par écrit, est une exigence puisque la personne occupant ce poste devra collaborer régulièrement avec des collègues et des partenaires situés aux États-Unis._**
