Job Summary:
We are a new locally own junk removal company that has incorporated moving services, light demo and material delivery. We are an integral part of our local community and our customers are not just customers to us, but also our friends and neighbours. Represent Scrap-It N Move-It in a professional manner by being respectful towards our clients, their homes & belongings.

**Job Requirements**:

- 21+ years of age (for insurance reasons)
- Experienced in driving large vehicles
- A valid class 5 driver’s license with a minimum of 1-2 years driving experience and a good driver’s abstract
- Reliable, efficient, hard-working, with a great attitude
- Excellent customer service and a willingness to assist our valued clients
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly) and not afraid of hard work
- Able to work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions
- Disassemble items, and/or wrap furniture if needed
- Load and unload the moving truck
- Move all items without damaging the customer's home
- Not afraid of hard physical work or challenges - you love getting paid to workout
- Reliable, hardworking and a great attitude
- Punctual, Reliable, Team-player with heavy focus on customer service

**Daily duties will include**:

- Completing junk removal service calls - Driving company trucks to/from jobs, loading/unloading items, taking payment
- Dump runs - loading, driving to dump, unloading and returning
- Hauling/Moving - picking-up, transporting and dropping-off of items for clients
- Operate hooklift trucks efficiently and safely
- Navigate routes to client locations and complete pickups as scheduled
- Load and unload items onto the truck, adhering to safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment
- Customer service to convert booked estimates to completed jobs
- Fueling truck at the end of the day.

**Position Details**:

- **Hiring Immediately** for Full-Time (4-5 days/week), Part-Time (2-3 days/week), Weekends
- **Pay: $20/hour + Tips**:

- Pay increases & opportunities to advance will be available in the future, based on performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Some Weekends
