**About the Role**

Are you passionate about managing financial processes with precision and efficiency? Figment is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treasury & Finance Analyst. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing customer and partner payment processes, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance at every step. From validating payment data to researching new networks, your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage customer and partner payment process including validation of payment data, management of destination wallet addresses, and remittance from custodial platforms
- Work with Customer Success to assist with payment enquiries
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities
- Work closely with the accounting team in monitoring wallets and balances across self custody and custodial platforms
- Carry out analysis of token movements and rewards earned
- Research new networks and create documentation needed to account for revenue from these networks
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Finance or accounting qualification
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally
- Exceptional attention to detail

**Nice to have**:

- Understanding of cryptocurrency and a high-level comprehension of how Proof of Stake operates, along with demonstrating an interest in the cryptocurrency space
- Experience working with cryptocurrency custody platforms
