Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about digital marketing and building strong partnerships to drive business performance?

As an Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Specialist at Best Buy, you will serve as the day-to-day operations lead for the Affiliate team, assist in managing the workflow and business rhythms for promotions distributed to our affiliate partners.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you’ll do:
- Lead affiliate network operational activities such as updating partner terms and commission rates, deep linking, and monitoring transaction inquiries- Build campaigns in the affiliate network ensuring targeting, tracking, and timelines are set up correctly- Ensure creative assets adhere to brand standards and technical specifications for all required sizes and variations- Leverage best practices to set up, traffic, monitor, and optimize campaigns according to plan. Flag any deviations from expected results- Analyze and troubleshoot tracking errors and ad placements discrepancies- Monitor the accuracy of affiliate partner payments

What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital marketing, eCommerce, Affiliate or Influencer marketing- Advanced experience with MS Excel- Experience with marketing and/or eCommerce metrics- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
