Fuller Industrial Corporation, a world supplier of carbon steel process piping systems, specializing in corrosion and abrasion resistant linings, rubber, and ceramic lining is recruiting for a Bookkeeper for our Sudbury, Ontario Plant.

By making decisions that are consistent with the company’s guiding principles of honesty, integrity, innovation and respect, the Bookkeeper is accountable for providing a hands-on approach to the management of all financial functions of our organization.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts
- Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Comply with federal and regional legal requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements and following proper filing etiquette.
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other government documents.
- Prepare other financial, accounting, and statistical reports.

**Qualified Applicants will have the following**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience using Quickbooks preferred
- Accounting designation or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a bookkeeper role; preferably within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of taking initiative and meeting deadlines
