In this role you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. As a Banker Associate you are responsible for helping bankers cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share and drive internal and external client dialogue.

Job Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
- Find ways to drive new client acquisition in partnership with the bankers
- Embrace a culture of respect, diversity and inclusion

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
- Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
- French speaking preferred
