As the Operational Manager of our vibrant trampoline park, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our visitors. You will lead a dynamic team, manage facility resources, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and success of the trampoline park.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Train and supervise a team of staff members, including trampoline attendants, customer service representatives, and maintenance personnel.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong sense of responsibility among the team.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all aspects of the trampoline park, including safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and customer service standards.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance the overall visitor experience.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce and uphold strict safety protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment for visitors and staff.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Oversee front-line staff to provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Facility Maintenance**:

- Supervise ongoing maintenance of trampolines, equipment, and overall facility cleanliness.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repairs and ensure the facility meets high standards of safety and aesthetics.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and parties hosted at the trampoline park.
- Work with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive attendance.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative ideas to keep the trampoline park competitive and appealing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment or recreation industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to recreational facilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
