**ACADEMIC QUALITY ASSURANCE ADVISOR**

**FACULTY OF HEALTH STUDIES**

The Academic Quality Assurance Advisor reports directly to the Manager, Business Operations, and partners with the Academic Quality Assurance Specialist to execute cyclical processes that support program accreditation, evaluation, and quality. This role brings a high level of research knowledge and data interpretation to activities such as course evaluation, survey administration, and reporting, as well as communicating and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This role's developed attention to detail and communication skills will allow them to confidently execute the requirements of the role.

**HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- Support program accreditation cycles, including program evaluation activities, self-study reports, compliance, and annual reporting.
- Advanced skills in Word and Excel i.e.: graphs and pivot tables.
- Provide highly skilled detail orientated narrative editing, formatting evidence and reports, creating and maintaining accreditation Team sites.
- Provide skilled support in program evaluation requirements including survey planning, creation, implementation, and reporting.
- Coordinate the execution of course evaluations, student and program surveys, as well as data collection for other projects or initiatives.
- Provide high level support to coordinate accreditation site visits internally.
- Execute process for course evaluation implementation and reporting in a consistent way across the division.
- Draft electronic surveys and implement them in an efficient way to consistently meet deadlines.
- Provide reporting and data analysis to the Academic Quality Assurance Specialist and the Leadership Team regarding surveys.
- Maintain historical files regarding survey implementation and accreditation reporting as per FHS requirements.
- Lead the coordination of FHS stakeholder management in terms of Program Advisory Committee (PAC) membership appointments, terms of reference, communications, and reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives: recognize opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.
- Facilitate people to work smarter, meet outcomes effectively and efficiently to move the division forward in meeting strategic goals.
- Partner with Leaders on projects that connect with both internal and external stakeholders as a highly professional and accountable representative of division.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- A Business or Administration degree is preferred. Consideration may be given to those with a Business or Administration Diploma.
- 3+ years directly related experience in a post-secondary environment or similarly complex portfolio.
- Exceptional proficiency with technology.
- History of high level of accountability to outcomes.

**SALARY**:$49,129-$63,854 annually, reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
