**Job Location**
**Key Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct support to the CEO - calendar and inbox management, issuing and tracking to and communication with team members
- Finance - Generating and process invoices for services rendered. tracking, monitoring and follow up on outstanding invoices. Updating legers and producing reports.
- Time Entry Monitoring - Track and monitor employee time entries. Ensuring timely and accurate submission of time records
- Providing general administrative support to the team as necessary
**Skills being sought**
- Strong Communication skills (Both official languages)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in the use of office software tools s (MS Excel's more advanced features, Google tools, remote work tools)
- Teamwork and relationship building skills
- Ethical behaviour (tact, diplomacy and discretion with confidential information)
**Education**
- Secondary School
- Post secondary training in a related field (preferred)
**Hours of work**
- Part-time - Monday to Friday (15 hrs/wk during work hours)
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
