**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Act as an advisor to managers, supporting them in achieving expected results;
- Manage the staffing process: advise and assist managers in planning, recruiting, selecting, hiring, transferring and probationary periods;
- Assist managers in the preparation of various selection tools (statement of qualifications, interview grids, pre-selection tests) and participate in recruitment when required;
- Writes and disseminates job offers in relevant networks and social media;
- Welcome and integrate new employees, offering an experience based on best market practices;
- Collaborate with managers on training needs analysis for knowledge maintenance, upgrading and health and safety training (i.e. WHMIS, MAPAQ, CPO, forklift, etc.);
- Help set up and coordinate wellness and recognition programs;
- Collaborate with the corporate team on all payroll processing services;
- Collaborate in the identification and assessment of workplace risks and contribute to the search for solutions;
- Participate and represent the company at various events/job fairs;
- Participate in the development of the employer brand. Design and implement human resources marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager;
- Perform administrative tasks in support of HR processes and activities;
- Support managers during annual performance appraisal periods;
**Profile required**
- University degree or college diploma in a field related to human resources management, such as business administration or industrial relations;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR department as a generalist;
- Ability to manage a large volume of tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced work environment;
- Bilingualism essential (French and English);
- CHRP designation an asset;
- Excellent MS Office skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Positive and flexible attitude;
- Respect for confidentiality, good judgment and discretion.
**Schedule**
Full time, Monday to Friday. Work week is 40 hours per week.
**Salary**
Salary is based on Nordik Spa-Nature's salary scale and benefits.
