The Great Canadian Sox Co is looking for an experienced têxtile plant manager to plan and execute all sock production for the year, plan and purchase yarn according to production requirements and maintain a high level of quality control through supervision of plant workers.

The Great Canadian Sox Co. is a sock manufacturer of outdoor adventure and quality lifestyle socks for wholesale customers as well as our own retail stores.

Duties include:
Managing the daily operations of the plant
- Testing plant processes and ensuring efficiency and safety
- Assuring compliance with legal regulations
- Maintaining necessary administrative records
- Preparing and reviewing production reports
- Analyzing and controlling costs and budgetary restrictions
- Optimizing machinery and equipment with regular maintenance programs
- Overseeing a team of plant workers

Experience: 3+ YEARS experience as a factory plant manager and experience with têxtile equipment and yarns.

Communication: English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
