**The Role**:
We are currently conducting a search for a **Process Control Coordinator, Operations.** This is a** temporary, full time contract **for up to **18 months **and reports directly to the Process Control Team Leader.
**Location**:
Onsite at the Port Coquitlam Distribution Centre.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate workflows to maintain efficient and effective warehouse operations.
- Coordinate weekly date code reporting directly to shareholders. Ensure dispositions are properly completed and records are properly stored.
- Coordinate daily review of mispicks, and shipment errors and provide appropriate direction to union personnel
- Coordinate freight claims and offsite storage
- Identify areas needing development for the improvement of productivity and reviews with AMO
- Organize safety meetings, correct safety infractions, conduct warehouse inspections, maintain meetings of minutes and accurately record safety training completed by personnel
- Coordinate preventative maintenance on delivery and warehouse equipment
- Coordinate all new training with personnel
- Participate in the review and investigation processes of various safety programs/policies to ensure personnel are adequately educated and protected
- Other related duties as assigned
**Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of warehouse inventory experience preferred
- Previous experience working in a unionized environment would be a strong asset
**Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated people management skills and leadership qualities
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems with an eye for detail

**The base hourly rate for this position will range between $20.77/hour and $25.96/hour.**
