GR Sign Design is KW professional signage company that specializes in vehicle wraps, building signage, banners and everything inbetween We have been apart of the tri-cities for over 10 years.

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and positive Sale Representative to join our team

**What you’ll do**:
You’ll be fulfilling existing accounts, obtaining new ones, and following a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of our customers throughout all purchase levels.

You will be responsible for selling signage needs and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing and potential clients. You’ll ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.

You will interact with others in a friendly and approachable manner, helping maintain positive relations between customers and suppliers. You will need to have good time management skills and ability to stay on task.

**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote and sell signage needs using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep on top of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Previous marketing experience
- Graphic and Signage experience
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

**8 hour day Monday
- Friday**

Salary will be negotiated based on experience
