Sales Manager

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, direct, manage, and execute the activities of a department or sales team to achieve company goals.
- Strategize the products to be sold by studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Maintain and foster existing customer relationships through regular customer visiting and/or using customer satisfaction evaluation tools.
- Understand customer’s needs and identify sale opportunities to attract new customers, track and manage customer quotes from creating and sending sales quotes to following up on outstanding quotes to negotiating pricing and terms to achieve Sales revenue goals
- Manage the sales team to perform the day-to-day operations and oversees the scheduling of work teams.
- Reach out to customers daily to place orders whenever needed to make sure the daily smooth operation.
- Lead and influence the sales team to optimize performance to make sure faster dispatch.
- Creates high customer service and productivity expectations among associates, monitors customer complaints, follows up, and takes action to correct performance gaps and /or address improvement opportunities by particularized reports.
- Manage and train Sales Team by providing consistent coaching while maintaining morale for the overall development of team members.
- Working with other Departments to ensure excellent customer service, teamwork and cross-functional communication.
- Staying informed about company products and prices

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
- Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Open to work on statutory holidays and weekends
- Understanding food products is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
