As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to travel across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and engage with automotive businesses, representing our company and building lasting partnerships.

Position: Automotive Cosmetic Repair Account Manager

Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario

Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential automotive business clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Regularly visit automotive businesses, such as car dealerships, body shops, and rental agencies, to promote our services
- Present our company's offerings and demonstrate the benefits of our automotive cosmetic repair solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to maximize revenue
- Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our services and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and address any client concerns or issues
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to travel extensively across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to visit client locations
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with automotive cosmetic repair services is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus)
