We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Ads Producer** to join our dynamic Creative team This person will play a vital role in overseeing the production and execution of various media projects. Working closely with scriptwriters, executive producers, and creative directors, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality main event commercials.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize an end-to-end production process for various media projects, including concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production stages;
- Adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives to generate compelling and innovative ideas for social media campaigns and media commercials;
- Collaborate with creative team members, agencies and freelancers to provide direction on scriptwriting, storyboarding, and overall content production;
- Oversee the production process, including day to day scheduling, coordinating locations, managing budgets, and arranging necessary equipment and resources;
- Collaborate and provide input to video editors and external freelancers to achieve desired artistic vision.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in film production, media studies, communications, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience as a Media Producer or similar role;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to problem-solve, critically think and work independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience with “Studio-Binder”, an asset;
- Creative mindset, detail oriented and a passion for story-telling and filmmaking.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
