We're on the lookout for a Social Media Manager who's not just about likes and shares but is driven to break through digital noise and genuinely connect with audiences. You'll be the voice of our clients' brands, crafting content that resonates, engages, and converts across multiple platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative and strategic social media marketing plans to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
- Manage content creation, from ideation to execution, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media trends and utilize insights to optimize campaigns and strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts across all digital channels.
- Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages in a manner that builds relationships and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to grow brands and engage communities.
- Experience creating content with a phone camera preferred, with some post-production experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, with an eye for design and compelling storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions, willing to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
- Agile and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Tech Stack:

- Previous experience using social tools for efficiency, including but not limited to design tools, schedulers, research tools etc.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
