Markham, Canada OR Computer Solutions Inc. Full time

OR Computer Solutions is currently seeking an Office Administrator to support all areas of the organization. Reporting into the VP, the Administrator will bring professionalism, organization and efficiency to the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various software
- Preparing and reviewing excel reports
- Entry of data for the purpose of reporting
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable. This includes invoices, PO’s and billing
- Coordination of logistics and shipping
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration
- Post-secondary education and/or related work experience
- Excellent understanding of the office suite
- Understanding of travel arrangements and logistics and expense reporting is an asset
- Strong skills in excel and word
- Extremely strong organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills complimented by a friendly personality to help maintain and build relationships with vendors and clients
- Sharp attention to detail and analytic skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
