**How will you make an impact in this role?**

International Operational Excellence team is responsible for supporting our Issuing and our Acquiring businesses in Canada to ensure a strong first line of defense, and in playing an active role in supporting the Business to meet its growth objectives whilst demonstrating an effective control framework.

Our organization helps our international businesses manage risk, respond to new regulation, and develop new products whilst cultivating effective partnerships across the organization.

International Operational Excellence team in Canada is looking for an Analyst to support the Bank’s Outsourcing Program to meet Canadian regulatory requirements. This role will report into the Manager, Operational Excellence and will involve extensive collaboration with multiple stakeholders across numerous business units and functional areas.

**Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Ensure risks related to third parties are managed in line with regulatory & Bank’s expectations
- Partner with our internal business teams and stakeholders to ensure that policy and procedure expectations are met
- Drive robust risk management through data and trend analysis, highlighting opportunities and to reduce risk and enhance controls
- Manage and maintain third-party documentation, ensuring a high quality of rigor in information capture and risk assessment on Bank’s outsourcing engagements
- Schedule, execute and document critical meeting minutes on stakeholder calibration calls
- Prepare presentations and communicate status updates at all levels, including senior leadership
- Support and maintain MIS and reporting
- Partnering with other 1st/2nd line of defense organizations and key members of the business, who are located across the globe on process wide initiatives
- Support audit related activities and control development, monitor risk levels and produce timely reporting of risk escalations
- Raise awareness and educating business and Third-Party Risk and Relationships Managers (TRMs) on various requirements on ABC programs

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with audit, compliance, operational risk, information security and/or control functions
- Self-motivated, team player with ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to network globally
- Strong presentation skills, particularly in the development of professional and thoughtful material
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action
- Strong communication skills combined with an ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and business partners Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Strong will-to-win and demonstrated personal excellence
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
