**E-Commerce Marketing Manager**
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Customer Experience
Location: Vancouver, BC
We are looking for a digital savvy, passionate and driven **E-Commerce Marketing Manager **to join our COBS Bread team in **Vancouver, BC**
**E-Commerce and Content Strategy**
- Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of COBS Bread’s new e-commerce customer experience in collaboration with the global project team, across web and mobile
- Guide the set-up, structure and activation of multi-channel e-commerce including web, mobile app, and third-party delivery
- Develop advanced 1:1 audience messaging and customer journeys across digital platforms
- Collaborate with brand communications, UX, creative, paid media, tech, and data experts on execution of strategy
- Build and coach a growing team of high performing digital and e-commerce specialists
- Evaluate effectiveness of strategy, report and adapt as required.
- Report on key industry trends, best practices and evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption as appropriate.
- Liaise with the Australian business in regards to the digital space to ensure alignment with platforms and roadmaps (where possible) for greater efficiencies.
**Budget Management**
- Develop and maintain an investment strategy across all digital channels.
- Forecasting future expenditure requirements and budgeting to achieve business objectives including setting ROI benchmarks.
- Manage activity against agreed budget, timelines and KPIs.
- Review monthly expenditure to ensure within budget
**Requirements**:
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering proven business results for a large retail consumer brand
- Proven experience in leading a team through change management and ability to navigate through transition periods
- Experience in food service or retail mandatory, experience in franchising would be beneficial.
- Proven experience successfully driving digital customer experience across CRM and E-Commerce
- Experience contributing to the success of a Loyalty program.
- Experience with digital analytics, managing attribution and data driven marketing strategies that deliver demonstrable business outcomes.
- Proven experience in successful internal & external stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience managing the successful end to end roll out of a digital transformation project of a similar scale.
