**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Location_
- Favoriser la visite d’appartements auprès des résidents potentiels qui appellent ou qui se présentent sans rendez-vous.
- Faire visiter les appartements à louer auprès des résidents potentiels.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et diffuser de l’information sur la location, selon les politiques ou procédures en vigueur.
- Recueillir des renseignements sur le marché locatif afin de maintenir des tarifs concurrentiels.
- Collaborer à l’élaboration d’annonces publicitaires.
- Dresser une liste des appartements à louer offerts et la maintenir à jour.
- Administration _
- Préparer les demandes de location et en assurer le traitement.
- Communiquer avec l’agence d’évaluation du crédit et les anciens propriétaires, et vérifier les antécédents d’emploi afin d’évaluer la solvabilité des prospects.
- Faire le suivi avec les nouveaux résidents afin d’assurer qu’ils soient satisfaits de leur appartement et de déterminer s’ils ont d’autres besoins.
- Faire le suivi avec les résidents actuels afin d’assurer que les bons de travail ont été remplis correctement et dans des délais convenables.
- Enregistrer des transactions et compléter divers rapports d’exploitation à l’aide du système de gestion de l’immeuble informatisé.
- Marketing et développement commercial _
- Se concentrer de façon soutenue sur l’amélioration de l’expérience client.
- Organiser des journées portes ouvertes.
- Concevoir et élaborer des infolettres, des fiches ou des sommaires sur les appartements disponibles.
- Communiquer avec les résidents potentiels qui ont besoin de renseignements.
- Collaborer à la tenue d’activités dans les propriétés.
- Soutenir au besoin la personne responsable du marketing régional et du développement.

**COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE RECHERCHÉES**
- Savoir-faire exceptionnel en matière de service à la clientèle
- Bonnes compétences relationnelles
- Expérience dans le domaine de la vente
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Maintien en tout temps d’une apparence soignée et professionnelle
- Bonne maîtrise des produits MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Personne autonome faisant preuve d’initiative, de créativité et de souplesse
- Une expérience en location d’appartements ou dans la vente de condos est un atout.
