**What we need**

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Technical Services, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the standards and procedures necessary for the maintenance and repair of the spa's facilities and equipment are in place and adhered to, in order to provide a safe and secure site for our clients to enjoy a unique experience.

**What you’ll do**

Management Activities: planning, organization and control

You will make a positive contribution, enabling Thermëa Spa Village to continue to grow and operate in an effective, efficient and profitable manner. Provide a full range of administrative support to the Technical Services Manager and the Maintenance Personnel, including CMMS management and Maintenance Inventory Control support, contractor management for the site.

**Maintenance Activities **(approx. 75%)**:

- Maintains the integrity of the CMMS. Will work with Manager and Corporate teams to continue to build upon the current system.
- Reviews work requests and work for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead times, correct equipment identification, proper charge number (if applicable), proper authorization, and discuss details with originator of the work order.
- Reviews the work to be performed and determine the best way to accomplish the work.
- Verifies all material, information, tools and Labor are available prior to scheduling.
- Manages the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion.
- Identifies and secures all parts and material required to complete the work working with the Purchasing team.
- Provides Maintenance schedule for upcoming jobs
- Works with maintenance team to meet KPI targets

**Contractor/Project Support (approx. 25%)**
- Supports the Director of Technical Services for major site projects and onsite contractor visits
- Determines and identifies any vendor delivered services are completed.
- Provides a total cost estimate for the work/minor projects to be performed: labor, material, and outside services.
- Actively participates in scheduling meeting with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times with key stakeholders
- Follows up and communicates schedules to all stakeholders:

- Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory work.

**Profile needed**

**What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position**
- College diploma (DEC) in building mechanics, Mechanical/Electrical technologist, asset management or other related discipline;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in CMMS management position with knowledge of the various trades work and responsibilities
- Experience in managing contractors;
- Manual and technical work skills;
- Knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability Principles
- Ability to read technical drawings including; blueprints, P&IDs, etc
- Sense of challenge, perseverance and resistance to stress.

Your will work 40 hours weekly on a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
