**Installation Lead**

Are you a hands on, skilled carpenter or installer who focuses on quality, efficiency and customer care? We are looking to add a team lead to our growing organization.

**Position**:
Lead Installer - This position will be responsible for leading a small team while still playing a very hands on role to the day to day installation operations. You will be managing deliverables, interacting with customers and ensuring installation is completed with precision and efficiency. While experience in carpentry or general installation is required, experience with insulation (Batts, Blown or Spray) is considered an asset and is not required.

**Full-Time Role**:
Competitive Starting Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 *Dependant on experience*

**Qualifications**:

- Carpentry or Construction experience required
- Customer care experience required
- Experience leading small teams or projects considered a strong asset
- Experience in batts and blown in insulation considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
